Food is amazing and apparently the only place in the state with legit ALL NATURAL meat which is a blessing these days. As a person who's about as anti gmo as they come it's a god send , prices are a bit high but who cares when the food is sooo worth it
Will be coming back again and again just wish there was a closer location to the Bristol area :(
So good :) -

BurgerFi has all the ingredients to knock it out of the park. Great shakes. Solid beer choices. And a really good Veggie Burger.
And then the service just takes it and messes it all up.
You know the drill. It's similar to a Shake Shack. Order at the counter. And wait for your order. When we walked in, there was only one person finishing up and not many others waiting. No problem, right.
Except here we waited. And waited. Some others got their order. Over 25 minutes later, and a bit of pestering from em, did I get it. And where's the shakes? Sigh. The kitchen seemed frazzled. Not a good look.
The burgers are good. The veggie burger was among the best I've had. Sadly the fries were cooked too long and were a bit oily.
And I left feeling like this meal could've been so much better. A reminder that good food is only part of the equation. -

Pros:
- tasty burger
- decent fries
- relatively prompt service
Cons:
- blatant racism
To be fully transparent, I have frequented BurgerFi multiple times over the past year, and my experience has been generally positive. However, during a recent visit, my parents were greeted by an unempathetic and racist female cashier who mocked my parents' (who are immigrants) inability to clearly articulate their order.
After attempting to order a burger, the cashier had asked where my parents were from. Despite the rude nature of the question, my parents answered, also adding that they have been in the US for 20+ years.
In response to my parents' answer, the cashier replied "you still have it..." further placing an emphasis on my parents' accent.
I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of screening/training required for a position that involves daily person-to-person interaction. The cashier publicly humiliated a customer and also dragged down the reputation of a so called "family establishment."
For the aforementioned reason, I can not in good faith recommend BurgerFi -

Emily what's a sweet young lady! I have NEVER seen anyone this happy to help someone, and be so polite. WOW!

After finding the primary place we wanted to go to have at least a 45-60 minute wait we decided to check this place out. I ordered the stack with urban fries. my burger required knife and fork. My daughter got the breakfast burger with chili fries. Her burger was ok but the chili tasted weird non of us cared for the chili. My wife got the chicken sandwich and onion rings. This was by far the best of the three meals. This place is VERY expensive for what you get makes 5 guys prices look like the value menu. It was good place I wouldn't shun it but I don't know if I would return
